For technical support or questions about any of our apps, click the email link below. Please be sure to tell us which app you are using and what device you are running (original iPhone, 3G iPhone, iPod Touch).
If you are having trouble not hearing sound in one of our apps, make sure your mute/vibrate button is not turned on (for iPhone users). If you have an iPod Touch, make sure in your Settings app, under the General category, you have “Sound Effects” set to “Both”.
If you are having trouble with any of your iPhone apps launching then immediately quitting, make sure you have updated your iPhone or iPod Touch to the latest OS version.
